New greenfield 1,370 MW natural gas combined cycle power plant. The plant uses three (3) 255 MW combustion turbines and one (1) steam turbine and was built to serve growing demand in the northern Virginia and Washington, DC area. With a more efficient natural gas, the plant is projected to save customers over $100M in fuel costs in the first year alone.
