What we are looking for:

  • Safety 24/7/365
  • Team player
  • General clerical duties and responsibilities coordinated by TL – PC
  • Daily review of machine backlog, provide shop with new cut lists accordingly
  • Provide purchasing with daily buy lists so shop can complete all cut lists
  • Works with Director of Production and Shop Supervisors to communicate scheduled hours to accommodate production schedule
  • Reviews and assists the TL – PC with by flagging overloaded and underloaded machines for review
  • Provides logistics with transfer requests based on cut list and machine needs. Verifies required materials are received for the shop
  • Coordinates shipping & delivery of materials to/from DSCO sub-fabricator facilities
  • Reviews Back Order reports to assure all materials are shipped.
  • Performs functions of plate processing nester as needed.
  • Performs functions of a Zeman and PythonX programmer as needed.
  • Communicates with TL-PC on material problems or nesting issues
  • Assists TL-PC with shop communications on job sequence transfers between departments/facilities; confirmation of job sequence completion and assuring job sequences are loaded correctly at completion.
  • Advises shop supervisors of any potential job sequence concerns that may need to be addressed with the Production/Purchasing/Detailing teams.
  • Provides required daily updates and reports to TL – PC
  • Other duties assigned by management as needed
