What you can expect:

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple simultaneous production schedules
  • Work closely with Production Teams and Team Members to create short- and long-term schedules for all projects
  • Analyze and report status and production issues on a weekly basis to ensure we achieve customer expectations
  • Serve as a liaison between all related departments to resolve any scheduling issues
  • Plan in advance to allow for effective decision making by Production and Sales staff

What we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced self-starter to join our Company as a Production Scheduler. As part of our Production Team, you will be responsible for the overall coordination and maintenance of the production schedule for all production facilities. This is a specialized position, and our ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of Structural Steel Fabrication and Processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Structural Steel Fabrication
  • Self-starter, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have excel and scheduling software experience
  • Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communications skills and the ability to work well with others
  • Ability to multi-task with timely achievement of goals and milestones
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
