What we are looking for:

  • Team Player
  • Take Ownership by managing all aspects of assigned projects
  • Review and understand contracts, terms and conditions, scope of work, subcontract items, billing requirements, etc.
  • Conduct team meetings with Sales/Estimating, Drafting, and Purchasing to review job requirements, target deliveries, advance shipments, sequencing and purchased items
  • Monitor progress of shop drawings
  • Review approved drawings for changes which might warrant extras to contract and forwards to Drafting/Estimating
  • Review buy out and commodity items relative to project to ensure furnished in accordance with contract documents
  • Create, maintain overall project schedule from release to proceed through final delivery and project close out, including detailing approvals, fabrication and delivery
  • Provide periodic schedule updates as required by customer
  • Review revised design drawings, RFI’s and other communications for cost and schedule impacts
  • Issue and manage change order requests to customer
  • Manage monthly billing process for assigned projects
  • Display a Get it Done attitude by fielding all calls from customers/vendors, handling field issues and being a Good Communicator by involving necessary personnel to resolve problem professionally and efficiently
  • Advise sales on any developments that have bearing on relationships with customers
  • Investing in Relationships with customers
  • Note customers’ dissatisfactions and suggest methods for improving
  • Approve and/or disapprove subcontract invoices
  • Attend production meetings to update information to necessary personnel
  • Maintain contract status reports to insure receipt of customer change order for additional work
