Dave Steel Company has a dedicated environmentally controlled coatings facility for application of coating systems ranging from standard primers to sophisticated multi-coat systems. Each piece is blast cleaned through our conveyor driven blast cabinet, using reusable steel shot. For safety and expediency, each piece is handled by large forklifts, laying out for coating application, and then moving outdoors to be staged and then loaded on trucks.
